How to Export Your ChatGPT Data

  1. 1.Go to chatgpt.com and log in
  2. 2.Click your profile icon → Settings → Data controls
  3. 3.Click "Export data" and confirm
  4. 4.You'll receive an email with a download link (usually within a few hours)
  5. 5.Download the ZIP file and extract conversations.json
  6. 6.Upload the JSON file above and watch the magic happen!
